This year has been a crazy year and we have really enjoyed the holiday for what was left of it. After the whole remodel christmas was in just 10 short days. It was fun having the house decorated even if it was for a short time.
We have done alot from decorating gingerbread house, to seeing the the lights at thanksgiving point and Always our long journey down to spanish fork lights. Also, on christmas eve we always go to mommy's aunts and santa comes. It has been in the family tradition since Mommy was born! Dallyn was really funny, when santa called his name, he ran up took his present and RAN! Mommy had to go up with him to get the picture. He wanted nothing to do with him.
Through all the crazyness we also built Oakley a dog house. One week Mommy set out to built him one with the kids! Daddy had to help 10% otherwise Mommy built the whole thing! Completely insulated. He is spoiled even though all that hard work he doesn't go in it. That was his christmas present!
Here are the kids waiting to come down the stairs on Christmas in there new christmas pj!
We were all spoiled this year and thats forsure! This year we have been so blessed by families on both sides and our little family alone!
Daddy's mom I think gave us one one of the best presents we could have ever asked for! Mommy's daddy had taken pictures of the day we got sealed and then his computer had crashed. But 8 years later Daddy's mom found that she had 2 PICTURES of mommy and daddy in front of the timp. temple. As I opened it up I just started bawling! As I told daddy "yes i was a huge elephant but hey its a special picture"!
I think even with all the craziness we had this december though we were able to remember what Christmas is all about. We are so thanksful or everythign and just feel so blessed!

What we have been up too!
ALOT OF CONSTRUCTION! Oh I am so glad its done!
As we bought this house we always knew that the ugly red and white banister would have to go! That was the deal that I made with daddy. We also knew that the ugly laminate hardwood floor would be going too in the entry! So as we set out to do tha the first week in november we got the floor done and it looked great!
During the week Daddy has always hated having a molding in the middle of the floor that seperated the tile and the laminate floor and he didn't want that with the new hardwood. So what does daddy do the next weekend............ rents a mini jack hammer and starts ripping up the as he calls it the "ugly tile" and now we have a one continuous flowing floor that looks great!
We have even hated the yellow looking cabinates..... SO what was next we glazed them as we did the banister but that didn't help! Daddy was going to paint them, but then was worried cause they were notty alder and the knots would look horrible... But we just called around and this is what we got!
Our new house is now a home the way we want it! I love it! We also painted most of the house and got rid of the plain old white walls!

The Farm and Zoo!
Right as my kids were going off track I read on a friends blog saying that she was sad her kids were going back to school (they were on the track break right before my kids), I thought to myself "I am dreading my kids off. I wish there were no breaks" I don't' know what changed, I guess I have; but I am SAD that my kids go back on Monday and I wonder where did the 3 weeks go! It has been so much fun hanging out, going to parks, Jungle Jim's, the zoo, the farm, and hopefully later this week the kangaroo zoo!

Dallyn more...
Dallyn's stats and his little family party! Another Party on Sunday
Dallyn had his check up today and he is one small little tike. He was in the 25% for weight and height. Where we are comign from having Bryson in the 100% thats a huge difference! He was only 26 lbs and 33 inches tall. He may be small but we sure love him!
Here is Dallyn blowing out his semi Truck cake candles! He is so stinken cute!
His big present was a trike from us! He was so excited! He has been on it all night long. He hasn't known what toys to play with! He also got 2 discovery toys from us since I was at one point and time a consulant and had them not played or used. Might as well use them for a good cause my Baby boy! Halloween
I got the idea of my kids gutting out their own pumpkins from my sister in law. I thought "hey if her kids can, I'll be darn, my kids will..." Bryson did great, Lilly did a good job for what her pumpkin had!. She had to pick out the most SLIMEST pumpkin out of all 5 pumpkins. As mom did Dallyn's, Daddy had to help on Lilly's. I dont' think I have seen that gross of a pumpkin! Dallyn of course was in bed! He kept trying to climb into the pumpkin guts! One Wednesday we had Mommy's family side Halloween party. They had a game with a donut you couldn't use hands to eat. Dallyn cheated... His donut was gone first :). It was funny to watch the kids! It was fun. The great pumpkin came to the house and delivered a pumpkin basket to each of the kids.
We went down to Daddy's side Halloween Party, but this one was at a barn. The kids Love the barn. Everytime we go see this aunt or down in the area we have to go see the animals! It was alot of fun with the horses, motorcycles and just having fun. I am still suprised my little giraffe got on a HORSE! He has been a little scared lately of getting by them. Must be the giraffe making him invisable :)
Then off to trick or treat! I had to make sure we made it out to Bryson's old resource teacher. He is the best we Totally miss him so much. We go out to see him at least once a month. He is the one that taught Bryson a ton of math last year and now he is adding! He is doing Awesome in math.
